Cover-Ups

Welcome to my portfolio of cover-ups! This is the section with the most going on. Cover-ups are a particular fascination of mine. Every single one is a unique puzzle, and there is absolutely nothing that's impossible to cover. The truth is, there are dozens of options for different ways to go about covering even the most difficult pieces. There are also different levels of success, though, too.

True cover-ups are designed with the specific intent of eliminating the old tattoo entirely, but in some cases, once you know what was there first, you can look closely enough to find some remnants. For some, when those who don't know can't tell, that's good enough. For some, they don't want to be able to find the cover-up at all or ever. The difference between the process that achieves one result and the process that achieves the other could be double the time, and it's for you to decide your own threshold for defining success.
